On September 14, 2022, our company was selected for the ‘HIROSHIMA CARBON CIRCULAR PROJECT,’ a research and verification support system for carbon recycling-related technologies hosted by Hiroshima Prefecture.

Hiroshima Prefecture is proactively engaged in efforts to foster ‘carbon recycling’ as a key pillar of the local industry by 2050. Their goal is to contribute to economic development and global carbon neutrality. They have initiated collaborations between academia, industry, and government institutions and are gathering research activities in this direction.

With the aim of promoting the discovery and development of research projects and establishing a hub for carbon recycling, Hiroshima Prefecture established this project. Our company’s research theme, ‘CO2 fixation cultivation using algae from industrial waste and its utilization,’ has been selected.
